Parisians have been dining there for decades and travelers come from all over the world, inspired by a thousand legends.
Listed as a historic monument, the Prunier restaurant on Avenue Victor Hugo has been revamped by interior designer Alexandra Saguet, supported by Studios Gohard and L’atelier du Mur. With their high-level artisanal know-how, these two houses, which deal with artistic crafts, revive moldings, Art Deco frescoes and precious fabrics by Pierre Frey.
Continuing the Izba lounge designed for Pierre Bergé and Yves Saint Laurent, the upstairs gains a new Caviar & Champagne bar offering the finest selection in Paris. A cozy venue for intimate lunches and dinners, the place can be privatized as desired.
Because tasting caviar is always a joyful prospect, the atmosphere is intended to be lighter. Whether you want to take advantage of the shucking bench for a joyful family lunch, sip champagne, taste fine caviars during a promising first date or dinners in good company, upstairs, just a stone's throw away fashion fauna toasting the start of Fashion Week.
Prunier is still and always the dazzling nest of artistic souls, writers, a new generation in the light and seasoned globetrotters passing through Paris. Since 2022, this iconic place of Parisian gastronomy has continued its myth with chef Yannick Alléno.
